279Statement about professional experience
I have an enthusiasm for helping individuals thrive in their life and in all kinds of relationships. My goal in therapy is to provide a comfortable environment while meeting clients where they are at in their journey. I believe everyone has a variety of inner resources/existing strengths that just need to be tapped into so they can live a lifestyle that they can be truly proud of. I have a background working with adolescents in educational settings and outpatient, partial hospitalization, and residential treatment centers. My areas of interest include adjustment disorders, eating disorders, chemical health issues, anxiety, depression, and trauma. My therapeutic approach combines a variety of interventions based on client needs. I tend to gravitate towards using an integrated therapeutic approach combining narrative, cognitive behavioral, person-centered, and solution focused therapy.Hobbies
Outside of work, I enjoy playing with my four kids and puppies which my camera roll would suggest. I also love dancing, traveling and laughing as often as possible.Clinical Interests
