Community Substance Use Services

Program Overview

People Incorporated’s Community Substance Use Services program offers low-barrier, accessible outpatient care designed to meet people where they are. We provide flexible scheduling, community-based locations, and telehealth options to reduce stigma and make it easier to begin and maintain treatment.

Our person-centered model integrates mental health support, substance use treatment, and peer services, recognizing the value of lived experience in fostering hope and connection. By prioritizing individualized care in a supportive, nonjudgmental environment, we help clients take meaningful steps toward recovery at a pace that works for them.

How to Get Started

  • The first step in beginning services is to schedule an assessment by calling our Central Access Team at 651-774-0011, Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
  • After contacting Central Access, clients complete a brief screening to determine whether an assessment is appropriate. If so, they will be scheduled for a comprehensive assessment with our Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor. Following the assessment, clients are admitted into the program or connected to additional services based on their individual needs.

If you have already completed a recent comprehensive assessment, please fax it to 651-774-5517.
