Intensive Residential Treatment

Our Intensive Residential Treatment Services (IRTS) program integrates mental health, medical, and substance use care in a 24-hour, supervised setting. A step below hospitalization in our community-based system of care, these services help adults who need a high level of treatment and assistance in a structured environment. Individuals 18 years of age or older with a diagnosis of a mental illness who meet eligibility as designated by the Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS).

Locations & Video Tours

8-bed residence for individuals identifying as male at 700 8th Street East in St. Paul, Minnesota.
13-bed residence (two houses connected by breezeway) for individuals identifying as female at 1593 Hewitt and 1597 Hewitt Avenue in St. Paul, Minnesota. Please note: Anchor House is no longer at 1319 Girard Avenue North in Minneapolis.
16-bed residence for individuals identifying as male located at 2120 Park Avenue in Minneapolis.
16-bed residence for all genders at 1100 Hancock Street in St. Paul, Minnesota.
8-bed residence for all genders located at 2708 119th Avenue NW in Coon Rapids, Minnesota.
