I have over ten years of experience supporting children and teens in their mental health journeys, working with students from elementary through high school. I have specialized training in supporting neurodivergent youth as well as children with a wide range of emotional and mental health needs. I believe healing happens in the context of safe, trusting relationships, so my approach is relational, trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming, and guided by a strong commitment to justice and equity. I draw from approaches such as ACT, DBT, narrative therapy, mindfulness, humor, and polyvagal practices to create a nonjudgmental space where children feel understood, supported, and empowered to be themselves.Hobbies
In my free time, I enjoy reading, spending time with friends and family, watching movies and reality television, and attempting to perfect my chocolate chip cookie recipe.Clinical Interests
