Clinical Interests

I believe therapy is an opportunity to work with clients on their individualized goals. Identifying and expressing feelings takes hard work. I hope to build upon current strategies clients experience and attempt to identify additional strategies to assist them as they move forward with their goals. My clinical interests include establishing a strong rapport with my clients and their support networks to identify and create a client-centered treatment plan and approach to assist them in achieving their goals.

I believe in providing a safe space for my clients to practice vulnerability, foster growth, and encourage the changes they wish to make in their daily lives. My theoretical approach includes cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and art therapy. I believe each client deserves to find the provider and approach they feel is most supportive of meeting their goals. I firmly believe comprehensive care collaboration is key to assisting the individuals we serve in their pursuit of wellness and recovery.

I enjoy trying new things and exploring Minnesota to find hidden gems in our backyard. I love to paint and come up with creative craft ideas. I also enjoy spending time with my family, friends, and dogs!
