Statement about professional experience

Since 2010 I’ve enjoyed helping students address symptoms of anxiety, depression, ADHD, ASD, emotional and behavioral dysregulation, social skills, and trauma. My foundation for therapeutic approach is based upon Person Centered Therapy which focuses on providing space of safety, feeling valued, and heard. I believe that individuals are capable of making change when they feel supported. Attachment based therapy, CBT/DBT, motivational interviewing, solution focused therapy, and trauma-based therapy are all approaches I use to help my clients.

Hobbies

My hobbies include spending time with my wife, two kids, dog, cat, and horse. I enjoy hiking, camping, fishing, and horseback riding.
