Clinical Interests

Dr. Chrissy is the Clinic Manager at Family Life Mental Health Center.

She seeks to help others find a way to become their authentic selves, to find their passion, their "spark," and to use it to benefit others. She truly believes that by working together while continuing to expand on unique gifts and skills, people can be who they truly are regardless of the difficulties they face. A life worth living includes caring for the self and others.

She is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and has been in the mental health field since 2010. She has experience providing individual, family, and group psychotherapy, especially with dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR). She has been passionate about providing clinical and administrative supervision in children’s therapeutic programs and community outpatient clinics.

As a Doctor of Behavioral Health, Dr. Chrissy is expertly trained in behavioral health leadership, program development, interdisciplinary ethics, change management, quality assurance, population health, health informatics, and behavioral health financial management.


Dr. Chrissy enjoys reading, music, theater, spiritual practice, and spending quality time with her family.
