Robbinsdale School DistrictStatement about professional experience
I have enjoyed meeting and working with children and their families for over 10 years! I engage in person-centered, relational, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive care. I aim for young people to feel seen, heard, and to feel supported with challenges they are experiencing such as stress, emotional regulation, relationship, grief and loss, traumatic grief, depression, anxiety, trauma, and developmental/life transitions. I utilize a variety of modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, humor, expressive art modalities, play, grief and loss counseling.Hobbies
I enjoy music, spending time with my children, being outside, kayaking, hiking, drumming, art, traveling, meeting people different from myself.Clinical Interests
