Thank you for your interest in People Incorporated, Intensive Residential Treatment Services (IRTS) with multiple locations listed below. One referral will open the possibility for all appropriate locations.

In order for People Incorporated to make a determination on admission into our IRTS program we must receive the referral form filled out in its entirety along with all relevant documentation mentioned which includes insurance information, H&P and medication lists. An intake interview will also need to be completed, and a People Incorporated Intake Coordinator will reach out to schedule this with you.

Please be aware that until we receive all this information, including the information we collect in the intake interview, we cannot make any admission determination. Thank you!
