Clinical Interests

I specialize in identity and role exploration along with the managing the related conditions that come with long term masking, keeping up appearances, or lost sense of self. These can include depression, difficulty regulating emotions, stress, burnout, and high anxiety – especially among those working in high-pressure jobs or other stressful roles. I also focus on helping people explore their identity and navigate societal expectations as an LGBTIA+ or Autistic person. Additionally, I assist clients with navigating identity and functioning in dissociative disorders, ADHD and executive functioning challenges in general.

In my free time I spend time with my family and take care of my pets (dogs, bearded dragon, fish tanks). I like to read, go for walks, play video games, and go longboarding.
