Access & Recovery Center (ARC)

Connecting those experiencing homelessness to services, support, and access to resources through a wraparound integration of Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS), Behavioral Health Home (BHH), and Outreach services. The ARC Outreach Team simultaneously embeds ARMHS, BHH, and Outreach services for adults, treating individuals experiencing housing instability and co-occurring mental health illnesses.

  • Create one touch point for clients to receive multiple services through enhancing service integration and care continuity
  • Case management services, including access to shower and laundry facilities.
